I know where you are because I was once there too.

 

I had my first panic attack in college at 19. 

I remember feeling like I was going to die.

I was stretching myself too thin and was victim to my negative thoughts.

It was during that time that my desire was to help people just like myself set boundaries, reframe negative thoughts, and prioritize wellbeing.

As an overachiever and as a recovering perfectionist, this didn’t happen right away.

But I kept coming back to learning and growing. I continue being persistent and consistent in expressing and managing my emotions, and now I get to help others do the same.

Once I mastered these skills, I shared them and my knowledge with as many people as possible, to help them find community and connection, and feel more in control of their lives.

I'm a therapist and a coach

who has been practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in anxiety disorders and trauma in my practice, and utilize my skills and therapy knowledge in my coaching.

In my program I teach a mix of somatic techniques and evidence-based tools that WORK for anxiety. Once you commit to learning them, you can use these tools in ALL areas of your life, for the rest of your life!
